Resistance exercise everyday???? Yes/ no

Hello everyone

I heard about the dvd workout insanity and other workout dvds that consit of doing full body resistance exercises 6 days a week andb only taking one day off for the body to rest
Ive heard great results, but i also heard that resistant/ weights should be done every other day
Im comfused- opions :happy: please
What has worked?
