Subway is good but....

I had a sub today a footlong in total and a few other things, but the crappy part is subway is loaded with calories, carbs, and sodium! That really sucks I think subway is great for those who don't like cheese because that's all I put on my sandwich with onions. Just makes me mad.

    cheese is always going to be loaded with fat and calories, no matter where you order it from.

    i personally like subway's chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce and the turkey breast, both of course without the cheese.

    A 6 inch subway club with "the work" (onions, black olives, green peppers, lettuce, tomato and cucumbers) on whole wheat with cheddar cheese and light mayo is about 460 calories. Hits the subway craving without going overboard. Trust me, I work nextdoor to one :wink:

    My husband and I split a foot long chicken breast with cheese on honey oat, with a line of spicy mustard and I load mine up with veggies and we split baked chips and its only 445 calories for the whole meal and it keeps me full for hours.

    subway and it's nutritional value is what you make it to be.
