I know most people on this sight are trying to cut weight. Im curious if anyone else is using this website to monitor their intake in attempts to gain weight? Im currently about 173 working out 4/5 days a week and just started tracking my caloric intake in attempts to monitor intake-vs-weight gain. Any thoughts/tips/input on daily cal totals and an effective slow and steady muscle gain?
Thanks

Figure out your info here.
Get TDEE.
On lifting days eat above TDEE.
On rest days eat below TDEE.
If you dont care about fat gain, eat above TDEE every day.0 -
