Hi! My name is Audrey & I'm new here on the mfp boards. I'm really looking for some friends on here that'll help to keep me motivated. A little about me..I'm 26 years old. I currently weight 182lbs, I'm 5'0 tall. A few years ago I got up to 213lbs & managed to loose weight and get down to 146lb. I went from a size 18/20 down to a size 10..I'm now back up to a 14. I'm mad that I let myself gain most of the weight back. I've lost 8lbs in a little less than a month and I'm back to being very motivated. My long-term goal is to be between 115-125. I'm shooting for 122lbs. I'm a shortie, but I have a large frame so I think 122lb would be a great weight for me.
Btw, I've struggled with thyroid disorders since I was 16..I feel like it's an always an obstacle for me. I've had hyper and hypo. When I was 16 I lost a ton of weight & got down to 97lbs. By the time I was 18 I jolted up to 170lbs and then eventually to 213lbs. Not blaming it all on my thyroid but it does play a part unfortunately.
