Starting with a Trainer Wish Me Luck

I am starting to work with a trainer tomorrow 3 times a week. I have lost 50lb since January by just changing my foods. It is now time for me to start really exercising. The reason I am starting with a trainer is because I know that I will push myself harder. Also, this will teach me the right way to work out. I have been going the last two Sundays and I have felt so good afterwards. Last Sunday was the first time I have ever done the eliptical machine. I really like doing that. I have a treadmill at home and actually I was walking on it faithfully until baseball started for my son. Now I am going to start full force so I can start seeing bigger results.

I'm sure I will be in so much pain come tomorrow night!!!!!!!:sad:
