Hi, I'm Petro and just started today. Hope this will help me losing a few kilo's. Am 34, got twins (8 years) and a 3 year old, all girls. Before twins I was a size 32 (I think that's a 10?) now I'm between 34 - 38 dress size (12 - 16). I hate shopping for myself because it's too depressing sometimes. BUT i need to look after myself - us women always feel the way we look - or that's how I feel. so i hope by joining MFP I will lose some kilo's!!!
