Vitamins to help with weight loss

I am going shopping today and wondered if any vitamins can actually help/aid weight loss, i am eating healthy and going to the gym/swim 4x a week just wondered if any vitamins can make a difference too??

    I say get a good women's multi vitamin. :) That plus what you are doing will be good.

    Fish oils for burning fat, multi vitamin and mineral just incase not getting all nutrients while limiting calories. Chromium if having sugar cravings.

    a vitamin b-complex will help to boost metabolism and increase energy :)

    i take women multivitiams, B12 (2,000mg), Fish Oil mega 3, and Fiber, and i ya tell im full of energy

    A good multivitamin and fish oil is all you need.
