What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Just ate a bowl of fruit for dinner to make up for a large lunch.

What would I have done differently? Drank all my water

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and get 400 cal of exercise in..

I did pretty good over the weekend even though I was in Cedar Point on Friday. I lost 2 lbs over the weekend. We walked around the park about 12 ours. I'm sure that helped. Its good to be back here with the support.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, wanted to walk but we were gone all day on a motorcycle ride, but I did stay within my calories and lost another 1/2 lb.
