Making up for over eating calories

What I do is allow myself a cheat day. If I go over then I lower the next few days intake depending on how much I go over. I do however do not go way short on my intake. If I find that towards the end of the week I am still going to be over for the week then I try to do a little more exercises to burn more calories.
I find the biggest loss is when I do this. If I don't then I tend to get stuck in a rut and do not lose.
Remember tomorrow is another day and go on... don't ever beat yourself up over going over in your calories. 200 calories isn't that much and really isn't that much of an overage. Unless of course you do this every single day.0
