Ok, I have been at this for over a year now on mfp and have noticed a definite pattern in my weight loss. during the beginning of my cycle (first 14 21 days) I loss like mad between 8-12 pounds. Then for the last 10 - 14 days I stay the same weight wise or gain a pound or two. Now it all evens out nicely in the end...but just a pattern I have noticed for me. anyone else?

Sounds like what I am experiencing. I started a lil over a month ago with MFP. I lost 10 pounds very fast and this was around cycle. For the past 2 weeks no weight loss at all.0

This has been written up in medical journals, feeding young women a constant diet and monitoring weight etc over a few weeks.
Yes, there was a well defined cycle with gradual accumulation of water weight and slightly faster loss.
One such paper is "Variations in body-weight of young women
during the menstrual cycle

Increase your potassium (bananas, potatoes, etc) and take dandelion root extract. Start doing this 2 weeks before your cycle. It will help with the bloat.0
