Ok so tonight is curry night!
About 45 of us from work including our family and friends going to our local indian restaurant and i'm really looking forward to it :-)
We usually order lots (and lots!) of differnt dishes and all share a bit of each.
Any thoughts on what are the best / healthiest things to have? Or what I should stay away from?
Thanks in advance. X

Oh also, i'd usually opt for a naan bread instead of rice, is that a good idea?0

Naan is usually brushed with butter, not exactly healthy but very delicious! Indian is tough to keep low cal. Take it very easy on the naan and white rice, go for the tandoori meats and grilled veg if possible, and also take it easy on the saucy dishes (tikka masala and the like).
If I go out for Indian I just try and keep portions in check but consider it a cheat meal.0 -
Take it easy on the rice and naan bread, and go for the tomato based curries instead of yoghurt.0
