Looking for feedback on The 30 Day Shred

Can anyone give me some feedback on the 30DS? I have heard that you don't notice a huge drop in your number on the scale, but your measurements change. Is this pretty accurate? I started MFP this Monday and have already lost 3.2 lbs. Calorie counting always works for me. So I've lost that much and haven't even started exercising. Any feedback would be appreciated.
