Fruit with peanut butter cream

I got this recipe from the 5-Factor recipe book. Delicious! And a lower calorie way to enjoy some good ol' PB:

1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese
1 tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
1 apple or pear cut into slices

Let the cream cheese get to room temp. Mix it with the peanut butter until smooth. Dip the fruit slices in and enjoy. You get the really good creamy, peanut buttery taste without having all the calories and fat of a whole serving of peanut butter. Love it!! I think it's especially good with pears, but I'm a big pear fan.

The 5-factor Diet recipe book has TONS of delicious, low cal recipes. I use several of them. It's definitely worth buying.

How do you get your "pounds lost" to show up on your posts? I tried under Settings but couldn't find anything.

    Pears rock!
