Hi there,
I'm a 40 year old Dublin (Ireland) mum and wife. Over the past few years I haven't had much time for myself and healthy eating and exercise has gone out the window.
However, all that is going to change now! My aim is to loose 30lbs over 4 months. If anyone here has similar aims and wants to link in for support/encouragement/tips etc please add me.
