Change it up Wednesday....Especially for all those people stuck in a rut or at a plateau whether it be physically or mentally! Today is change it up Wednesday. Do something different...anything different!!!!

Drive a different route to or from where ever your going
Bust out of the 'diet' rut and eat something different for lunch or dinner
Try a new work out
STOP in the middle of your day and meditate for 10 minutes
Taste something you've never tried before
Listen to music you usually don't
Think outside the box
Color outside the lines....literally get some crayons and color!


Help me with some more ideas!!!

    Buy too many $7.99 albums on Itunes under the justification that your workout is getting boring. At least, that's what I did just before reading this post. :embarassed:

    Actually that's an excellent idea! Download some new tunes to wake up your exercise routine!!!!
