    You look amazing! Awesome job! Is this just from watching your diet or are you incorporating any type of exercise? I'm at 154lbs and would love to get back into the 130's as I had been last year but I seem to be stuck. Any advice?

    i am watching my diet exercising every day almost 6 days a week....anywhere from 300-600 calories a day the last 2 weeks i started doing 600+ calories a day to burn off cause those last 5lbs was just NOT coming off LOL so i put it into high gear and off it came in those last 2 weeks LOL
