I've actually been a mfp member for like 3 years but never posted here! I had baby #3 2 years ago and finally reached my pre-preg weight and then a couple! I'm living primal, as in I try to eat what our primal ancestors ate...lots of fruits/veggies, organic meats/chicken, eggs, seeds, nuts, berries. I started p90x 3 weeks ago, classic version and am seeing great results already. I'm at goal weight but have lots of body fat to lose, it's coming off though! Basic stuff, I'm a stay at home mom to 3 kids under 8, married my hs sweetheart and we live in Nashville ♥ I'd love to friend some more primal peeps! and I'll gladly talk more about it if anyone's interested

oops! I totally thought I was in the welcome board! sorry! the baby was at the ER last night for shoving a bead up her nose...for the 2nd time. I'm foggy and tired this morning.0
