Getting Married and need some support-mates

Well I am getting married very soon, and I need some support/ motivation and some tips/advice. I will be going to Jamaica and I REALLY want to wear that cute yellow poke-dot bikini. I have spent most of my life overweight and I would like to walk on the beach feeling amazing. I have a few months to go.
