I stopped using myfitnesspal for awhile and decided to get back on. It was weird though, I lost more weight while I was off it than while I was on it. But we will see how this time goes around. I pretty much miss the ability to log my foods. I checked other sites, but this one seems to have the most variety of foods and exercises to choose from. Happy Healthy Living!!

welcome back - not only is this site the best, and has the most excercises and foods, you can add any excercises and foods you want to make it perfect for you! I love the fact that you can add your own weight/reps/etc to make it the most accurate and personalized tool available.0
