For the ladies....

I am 36, and have a fairly seditary lifestyle. Back in October I started vigorously exercising, dieting and my periods became very irregular! Due to life and knee pain, I stopped, and just recently started back again only this time I am not dieting. Just exercising (and not as vigorously as the last time), yet still my period is delayed! Do you gals experience this?
