I need a lot of work and motivation.

I never had any support when it came to working out. Which may have been a problem when I injured myself lifting. Small tear, no big deal. When I went to get back on the "horse", I just seemed to act more like a slug. Stopped working out and lapsed on my diet.

I moved cities and now I think its time to do it right and have the body I want.

My goal is to swim 3-4 times a week with 3 days of lifting. I need to shed the fat and gain the muscle before I can be happy with who I am.

    Hi Matt! thanks for the add. I wrote you a msg on your wall and I think you should read it :)

    I really hope that you can learn to be confident regardless of how you feel about your body. It's so hard to separate yourself as a person, from your physical body, that people tend to equate "I don't like my body" with "I don't like who I am".
    WHO YOU ARE, has nothing to do with your body. I think you need to learn to love yourself inside and out, rather than outside and in.
