Is Tony Horton's 10 Min Trainer Enough?

I have caught the running bug! All I wan to do is run
But I also know I need some strength training but the thought of it downright annoys me.
So I bought the 10 Min trainers from Tony Horton and do the "full body" workout 2x a week...Is this enough to build some strength? I am not looking to be a fitness model, elite athlete or anything like that; but would like to know if I am just wasting my time.
Thanks!
