Easy Low-Cal Vegetarian Chili
This is a very easy chili recipe. Y'all can use all organic if ya want to make it even 'cleaner'.
2 cans of Black Beans
1 can of Pinto Beans
1 Large Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Can of Rotel, Chili Fixin's
1 Can of Tomato Sauce (15oz)
3 Carrots
1/2c of Couscous
2c of Water
Chili Powder to taste
Onion Powder to taste
Oregano to taste
Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to crock pot. Stir. Put on low heat for 4 hours. Stir occasionally and watch for it to stick. Enjoy.
