What is a nutrition scale?
ETA: Nevermind I looked it up.
Good price. I think it's overkill personally. You don't need to know the nutritional value from your scale. Just the weight of your food.
But it is a good price. So it might be worth it just for the novelty.0 -
They work out food composition from a database of foods and not a huge one. Tell it you are weighing potatoes, it tells you what in in them (ie protein, carbs, sodium etc)
You'll get better results from the MFP database even with its problems.0 -
Thanks for the info..I'm thinkin too its something that will be tossed aside ..I am just gettin into the MFP and I do like it..like anything takes time..one thing I did just discover that I think will help me is the fact that you can save the recipes which makes it easier if 3 days down the road I make the same kinda wrap I can just click on that and add it..so yeah after sizing it up I think the MFP is the best choice for the long run..esp if its on my ipod too!!0
