I take Nordic sport omega fish oil supplements. I was having a lot of trouble with my joints hurting and now I haven't noticed any pain. The chiropractor recommended it to me. As far as the fishy aftertaste...some pills can have it. The ones I take have a lemon flavor and doesn't cause burping. So I don't have any problems with any nasty taste.0

I wonder how much fish one would have to eat in order to equal one caplet? how much does one need in a day? The other site I use for workouts sells vitamin packets that contain 1 omega 3, 1 CLA and 1 multivitamin and I was a little skeptical. I take a multivitamin but I like fish so I don't know if I should take the omega 3 fish oil supplament.0

Do you need to track fish oil and multivitamins as "food" daily???0

Some contain calories, like 1 a day multivitamins contains i think 20 cals per pill. Although i encourage everyone to take fish oils for their health not as a weight loss aid0
