Someone please help me figure out how much PROTEIN I should be consuming?

Ideally, you should consume 1g protein for each lb of lean body mass. In your case 122 * 79.5% = 97 ish. That is, unless you are trying to build muscle mass, in which case, you do want to increase that slightly.0

Agree with above, but try to make sure it's "complete" protein. Like eggs, whey protein... I don't have time to get a list from google but it does make a difference.0

I have read that protein intake should be less, .5-.6g/lb for active people, most recently in either Mens Fitness or Mens Health. Extra healthy protein isn't bad for you though.0
