So someone posted a bunch of protein food yesterday that included protein powder so I thought I'd give it a try. Just take protein powder, non flavored (I did 1 scoop) and add water until pancake consistency and fry it up like a pancake. it was soooo GROSS! Not a fan! Tasted like rubber, lol. I usually can eat anything but not that. I thought it'd be a great way to get protein but nope, not for me.

That does not sound good at all!
I just made a protein pancake yesterday that was actually pretty good.
1/4 C quick oats
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use EAS Premium Protein, 140 cals w/27g protein)
Unsweetened almond milk to just make it as runny as normal pancake batter
Cinnamon, and stevia if needed
Dash of salt
Made a HUGE pancake, so you could probably even make two servings out of this.
Cals - 410
Carb - 30g
Fat - 10g
Protein - 45g
You could change this up in many ways to fit your needs, and your macros may vary depending on your powder. I'm going to try with some unsweetened cocoa powder and bananas next!0
