I weigh every morning around the same time. But I only record it here on Saturday.
I use a stationary bike. It is very quite and I watch TV while I ride it. It keeps me occupied.
I eat what I have been eating, just less of it. If I want a treat, I always make sure I have the calories for it.
Also, drink that water. It will help you lose weight.0 -

I have a few questions and would appreciate any help you can give.
1. When is the best time to weigh yourself? Same time every time right? AM BEFORE YOU GET DRESSED OR DRINK WATER
2. Would like any suggestions for cardio exercises that can be done on the third floor? (I have downstairs neighbors and don't want to irritate too badly) WEIGHTS - HIKE OR WALK A TRAIL, SHADOW BOX WILL TRIM THE ARMS AND THE DVD WALK AWAY THE POUNDS.
3. How can I use the food dairy to best help what kinds of food to eat?0
