How many lbs did you lose in your first month?

I was doing following MFP's guidelines for calores and doing cardio for an hour five to six days a week my first month and a half, and lost zero pounds. After nearly giving up, I finally started losing about 3/4 of a pound a week. So, three pounds a month after that?0

12 lbs in the first month, almost 4 more in the last 2.5 weeks. Started at 152 with a goal weight of 120, so I'm about halfway there.0

I started on my weight loss journey 1 month and 1 day ago @ 190. Joined mfp a couple days after that with 2-3lbs lost. And as of this morning I weighed 180.4
I'm excited to be able to say hi to the 170's soon!0 -
Approx 5 lbs per month after joining MFP. I lost 8 lbs from November to March on Weight Watchers.0
