I love green tea. I use decaf green tea. Does this count towards my water recomendations.

Yes, green tea counts towards your daily water intake. It is actually supposed to be very good for your health as well as a good metabolism booster. I still prefer coffee to tea though so I have a hard time drinking the green tea on a regular basis.0

i would be careful with that. since you're drinking decaffeinated, its not as big of a deal but when you drink any kind of tea or coffee, it makes you more dehydrated because the caffeine in it acts as a diuretic, which basically means that you pee more and are therefore more likely to be dehydrated.0

I would only count decaffinated unsweeted drinks. A lot of people are torn on this issue. Personally I only count water but it's pretty much the only thing I drink.0
