I am pretty active and moderately fit. I am looking to truly push myself and lose some body fat but not so much muscle. I have had numerous draw backs because of eating poorly but I'm ready to kick start eating clean. I want to know for someone that is about 121 lbs 5'3... What is a realistic goal for one month. I want to push myself HARD but is 10 lbs too much to ask for? I am currently 121 and would love to be 110-115 by my bday June 9th??
I know the smaller the harder it is to lose so please give me some positive and honest feedback!
Thanks!!
Stay motivated and healthy weightloss luck to all ❤

No way you can lose 10lbs in a month healthily. I would say maybe just 2-4 lbs. But I think you are more concerned with your body composition than weight, so watch your macro, make sure you eat enough proteins, and add strength training.0
