Okay so after being super sore from my first run in years yesterday, I decided instead of starting the 30DS today like I planned , I would do some yoga instead, to stretch myself out.
I used ot own a yoga dvd long ago, but its vanished. Does anyone know any good yoga videos online for free that I could watch?
