I lost a bunch of fat and gained muscle in the first several months of primal/paleo and crossfit, yay!
Then I realized I had to gain some pounds back for a weigh in (dumb I know) so I've upped my calories. I've slowly gained back some fat and continue to gain muscle.
What's funny is that the fat is not distributing to the same places it was. I know the muscle has changed contours, I'm talking about the pinchable stuff just under the skin. It has mostly styaed off my middle (yay), has not gone back to my boobs (booo), and has gone to my bottom (yipee).
Weird right?
