new to all this...Help

Hi all, just started exercising and trying to eat healthy. To be honest im a bit all over the place. Not really sure on what types of foods to eat before or after exercise which are good for energy or muscle repair. Can anyone offer some good advice. Thanks, Marissa =)

    Hi my name is Samar I am pretty new to all of this. I always lost weight in the past but now I want to do it the healthy way. My husband thinks I am crazy but its what I want and I want to be more toned and defined. I just need some motivation, help, and support please whatever advice you have send it my way!

    what works for me is a plan. plan your workouts, plan your food.
    what you eat before a workout depends on you, some people cant work out on a full stomach, some cant work out on an empty stomach. just depends on you. try eating something small to give you energy and see how you do.
    as for muscle repair, i drink a results and recovery formula, which helps with muscle repair. love it. bananas are good, water, protein, peanut butter. hope this helps
