TIRED OF THE ****IN NEGATIVITY

sorry guys for the language but im ****ing tired of the negative comments ..
everything i post on my blog or in the topic boards is WHAT WORKS FOR ME .
im just sharing , giving a suggestion .. what works for you may not work for me vice versa
so if im drinking 100oz of water , it may be too much for you but its enough for me ,
we have to drink 64oz of water or more .. it just so happens i drink 30oz+ more .
as for my exercise nd eating , again my regimen works for me .
if you have anything negative to say you shuddnt be here in the first place
everyones here to motivate and support everyone , the ONLY time it may be
okay to interfere if someone is like overworking themselves to the point of exhaustion
or if there starving themselves or something drastic.

ok im done venting now :)

    Drinking half your weight in oz. Has always worked miracles for me! So right now I drink 4litres which is a little high, but I'm not gaining due to waterlogg so wc?
    Sorry you're dealing with negativity... I know the feeling. Everyone has an opinion, it would just be nice if it could be delivered a little more neutral. Chin up!

    Do what works for you and write what you feel. Don't get discouraged by negative people. What you drink doesn't make then ***t, so I really don't know why anyone would have an issue with the amount of water you drink. I drink a minimum of 80 oz per day. People will down that much soda, alcohol or whatever else and not blink, but when you mention water...they want to have an intervention.

    If someone gives you a little constructive criticism process it, see if u can use it and if not flush it from your memory and move on. Hell if it really bothers you that much they may be tellin you something you need to here. Some people are here for actual self improvement by any means necessary not just seeking personal affirmation. The only thing I make sure I do is not disrespect anyone but I don't believe in placating peoples emotions at the cost of my honest evaluations and opinions.

    Supporting someone also includes negative feedback. I don't know the OP or have I read any of the discussions were she was getting negative comments directed towards her. Yes, there is a nice way to go about providing negative feedback. I like this site because it's not just people saying what you want to hear, it's actually people really trying to help each other. I always want to hear the good and bad and everyone here should want the same. There are plenty other sites you can post on if you just want support, motivation and everyone agreeing with the way you go about things. Just saying...

    Yeah the bashing on this sight gets a little rediculous from time to time! I drink a ton of water everyday sometimes I lose track. On average I'd say I get in 120oz and i"m only 183 pounds but I feel good soooo just say F em!

    I drink 100-120ozs of water a day and right now it's working (I'm 186lbs) so in my opinion drink up!!!

    Ive been reading over a bunch of posts today and it seems there is a lot of focus on being rude instead of constructive criticism, it's kind of sad. Maybe its just a bad day I hope anyways, makes me not want to be posting much :(

    I love water. I drink 64 oz before most people are awake in the morning. I start my work days with 2 one liter bottles (34ish oz each) and then have a few little waters through out the rest of the day. I also drink green tea, sobe, diet sodas and the occasional beer or hard drink. So I need that much water just to keep everything flushed lol

    Agreed! Its totally possible to provide CONSTRUCTIVE criticism without being negative about it. If people are negative, I just back out of the thread and go on with my day -- no need to let other people's crappy viewpoint bring you down too :)


    And I drink tons of water! My work water bottle holds about 1 liter and I just filled up my 4th for the day. Water is good for you!

  • I COMPLETELY agree that people are way too rude these days, but just as a counterpoint, we dont all actually need 64oz of water a day. Just as 100oz works for you, about 32-40 works for me and keeps me feeling hydrated etc. Not trying to be rude or anything at all :) just putting in another opinion!
