No exercise

I sprained my ankle almost a week ago and have to use crutches to get around. Needless to say, the physical fitness part of my routine is on hold for at least a few more days. I really miss my evening walks and can't wait until I can get back on the road again. This week I gained 2 tenths of a pound and I know it was due to my imobiolity and the meds I am taking. I will be back on track next week.

i am unable to excercise this past week due to illness, knowing that i was trying to be super careful with my eating and i was shocked to actually lose....now i am on steroids and i am scared its all going to fall apart and i will gain. i think as long as you can maintain w/out a huge gain then once you are able to excercise you will be right back on track. Good luck0
