Hello to the wonderful world of MFP:laugh: , I have a quick question about late night snacking. Since Ive been finding myself doing after 3 weeks of being smoke free, Not assuming everyone does? , but If you eat snack at lets say 1:00am in the morning do you log that in your previous log or you wait in the morning when it changes the day and log it in under snacks when you start your new day? because I dont log it in the last nite, I wait until in the morning when I get up from sleeping and log it in the morning? Do I make sense, does anyone else do that?

I sometimes do that too, a little naughty snack. I'll put it in for the following day, because if I wanted it that bad, that late at night, I better pay for it in the morning and have to think smart the rest of the day!

The new day starts at 4am, so I log everything I eat before that on that that day. If I ate something after 4am, I would put it on the next day's calories.
