Heart rate = calories equation

anyone know a formula for.

if i take my heart rate my self (finger on pulse) 5 times in a 25 minute workout then average it. does anyone know a formula that combines weight, heart rate to give a better result than the ones on this website that is more personal.
i plan to get HRM on pay day in a week but am trying to be more acurrate this week till then.

i have figured out my target rate and things i have the equation for that. just looking for a calories burned one

    Be aware, that not knowing your VO2 max can over estimate your calories.

    Sorry its in this format but i copied it from my excel spreadsheet

    C/min =( (-20.4022) +( 0.4472 * C5) - (0.1263 x C6) + (0.074 x C7)) / 4.184

    C5 is heartrate
    C6 is weight in kg
    C7 age
