Well, between having to walk the dog, a new Killian Michaels' workout DVD and changing a mysteriously flat tire this morning - not to mention the walk to work after dropping the car at Firestone to have the tire dealt with - I find myself with 1,300 calories left to eat at dinnertime.
I DON'T THINK I'LL BE ABLE TO MAKE IT!
I'm too used to 500 calorie meals! I'M DOOMED!
Now: Pity me.
Oh, no!! You are ruined. Healthy lifestyle doomed. Now, head directly to the couch...only stopping to grab the two cartons of bon-bons out of the freezer.0 -
My car didn't come with a spare tire, it came with an air pump and a can of fix a flat. (I kid you not!)
What's funny is that the 1st thing I did was grab the bike pump (forgot to add THAT workout) and after that made very little difference, I wanted to head to the corner gas station for a can of fix-a-flat!
Great minds, etc etc.
But, in the end, the donut went on instead...0 -
Eat what you're comfortable with and leave the deficit for a day. It's alright0
