Hi. Does anyone use a recipe calculator to determine the calories in a recipe?

It's not perfect....it seems to have trouble with finding the right cut of meat, for instance, but it's generally been really helpful to me!0 -

Try recipes.sparkpeople.com. You can input your recipe and it will calculate the calories, fat, sodium, etc. for you. It's really a good site.0

I use nutrtiondata.com, it will even save your recipes. I really like it.0

sparkpeople.com has an area that you can add your ingredients and it will calculate the nutritional info based on the number of servings - you can also get and share recipes - really neat site!0
