In my issue of Family Circle this month, they have a bunch of crock pot rib recipes. I tried the korean short ribs and they were amazing!!! Look on their website, the recipes should be up by now. If ribs are too expensive/not your style, it works great with a nice piece of flank steak too. Just shred it up after it's done cooking in the crock pot.0

I'm simple chili, steak, burgers, or pot roast if mom does the cooking.
A couple of tips. Tony turned me on to Laura's Lean Beef its really good and lower in fat. Second buffalo is a very tasty beef substitute. It is very beefy just a little richer to my taste buds, I actually found it for sale at Kroger a week or so ago.0
