hey there guys, i know i know, this has probably been posted beofre, i tried the serach button only to find the same and same thing.
For someone who does heavy lifting, and lots of exercise, plus with a daily calorie intake of over 2000 cal, how do you ll do it? AND keep withing macros?
ive found lots of clean food is usually carb loaded (veggies ect), that dont have a high cal value.
so examples ive found so far
for protein
greek yoghurt
lean meat
protein powder (i classify that as a neccesity), meat is expensive.
nits
peanut butter (blerrgghh!)
cottage cheese
avocados
carbs-
potatoes
veggies
bread
oatmeal
fats
peanut butter
nuts
avocados
anyway, i need some more ideas out of the box! im always over on carbs due to my love of oatmeal. but either way, im still getting only like 400 cal meals before i am comepletly stuffed!
I started a p90x insanity hybrid too, so i was needing to up calories. from 1600 to 1800 (TDEE not BMR)
so that makes it all the more harder. stuff along the lines of PB and the like. Small foods, high cal.
