MFP's BMR tool or something else?

What is more accurate for you? MFP's BMR tool or do you have another place you go for a more accurate reading? I'm playing around with things trying to change things up some, I went to the BMR tool and said I was active under my goals, and it still says my BMR is 1299. That seems way too low. Especially with how active I've become.
