Fat AND sugar free food ideas?

I have a ton of calories left still, but am maxed on sugar and fat for the day. Any ideas on what I can snack on that won't contribute to those macros?

most of the fat is from the avocados with dinner and sugar from fruit.

    go over your fat and enjoy! It sounds like you had healthy fats and those won't do anything to delay weight loss. I'm also weird and eat lots of healthy fats :)

    Broccoli, some squashes, tuna, chicken, some fish, maybe potatoes can't think right now, too much background noise (work =)

    Agreed. I routinely go "in the red" on fats and lost 30 pounds and maintain that loss. Healthy fats (from nuts, good oils, avocado, etc.) are NOT bad for you, quite the contrary!
