Hello! My name is Alex, 20 in June and I'm from Southern Cali. I started the Insanity Workout a little more than a month ago and also drink Shakeology. I'm trying to be healthier, lose weight and get in shape. Feel free to add me. I'm looking for more buddies who do Insanity and also military s/o's because one of my goals is to get fit before my Marine comes back from deployment :)
