hey i am interested in seeing if anybody has tried the flat belly diet and if it has worked for them.
I have lost 35 pounds just watching my calories but the the only place I have left to lose is in the belly and a little in the arms. I work out 3-4 times a week with weights, walking, elliptical or swimming. Can't get it off! Suggestions?

South Beach diet. Comes right off your stomach FIRST. No lie. It's really hard, but works every time. I did it right before I got married to get into my dress and just have a nice flat tummy for the honeymoon. I to can never loose it from my stomach. Everything else looks great but my gut! But this has worked for me and it even talks about getting belly fat off first in the book. Good luck!0

It comes off where it wants to you and you can't control the order.
Most people, for example, lose from their breasts first, but mine were the last to go. But stomachs are often last. I've still got a bit of mine and my BMI is 21.3!
Just keep losing and it will come off.0 -

Wow! I read the article that was posted on "everyday health" about the FlatBelly Diet. It is such a good article. I recommend you read it. So, to answer the first question, has anyone tried this diet? I have. Didn't work. I pretty much feel exactly the way the author of the recommended article feels. Basically the author feels it is a scam. I am always looking for the miracle diet and it was really appealing to me. However, it always boils down to input/output. When I was a girl I read this comic strip that became a family joke. The comic strip was called Bloom County. One of the characters, a penguin named Opus, was always looking for a miracle diet. Of course, the dry sage of the comic strip always said, "Eat less, exercise more." I finally realize it pretty much does boil down to that. One caveat: I do think the cookbook for the flat belly diet is absolutely faaaaaaaaabulous, I admit that!
