HRM question........

OMG! I was so surprised today when I used my new HRM (Polar FT4). I did Turbo Jam and it said that I only burned 320 calories in 43 minutes, BUT I have been going by what the computer generally calculates it at, which is 499 calories! What a big difference. I hope that I am using this HRM right! It said that my heart rate stayed pretty much between 128-150. I felt exhausted though! Any thoughts on this?? I heard that this HRM is a good one so I'm going to assume that it's the correct calorie calculation.

I bought the polar ft4 as well and since using its measurements vs computer, my weight loss has actually been on track more. I was *over eating* calories because I was going off what the database said for all of my exercises (or i was just taking an estimate off of previous posts). Either way, I find that it is accurate.0
