I have a garmin forerunner - love it! I lost the disk for the computer and have a new laptop. Any clue how I get a new disk so I can use the software to look at my runs? I emailed garmin to no response.

You can upload your forerunner data there. :)

X2, the online software is better than the software included with the device.

Looks like it was a good/ok think I never inserted the disc into my computer. I just plugged in the device to charge it and it automatically popped up that I could connect to download

You should be able to download the software from the Garmin site itself. Google "Forerunner software", and it should pop up links to connect you to where you can download the Training Center software. That's what I did when I couldn't find my Forerunner disk. When you plug in the device, though, your computer should search for the software to be able to read it.

If you just want to upload data, you can also use online things outside of Garmin. I use Endomondo, and upload it there. You just have to install the plugin for your browser, and then you can upload everything, and look at the statistics. :)
