This is my first week on. I work at McDonalds so I'm on my feet all day walking around but only at a leisure pace. Do I put that in everyday as exercise. I did today since if was an option. I worked from 9am to 4:30pm which was roughly 400 mins which have me 2000 more calories to use.

No, adjust your settings to reflect your job. Under Activity level it will give the option of "Standing job (or watiress or something similar)". Since it's your routine, don't count as Exercise.0

This should not be considered excercise - assuming you work most days, you should put your activity level as Lightly Active (or Active, if you're doing a lot of physical activity other than just standing/walking leisurely), which will appropriately adjust for your work activity.
Only exercise that is outside of your normal day-to-day activity should be included as exercise.0 -
When you set up your profile you should pick the one that has you standing at work. MFP automatically adjusts your calories for that. Do no enter anything in exercise for that.0

When you originally signed on, you picked your lifestyle ie: sedentary, moderately active, active, etc...this is where you would consider your job. For example, I stand for most of my day (teacher), so I picked moderately active, because I'm not running or jumping (unless I break up a fight, which happens more than I'd like to admit). Then this is automatically factored into your calorie burn.0

Thanks so much for everyone's responses to my question, I appreciate it0
