logging yoga?

We just bought a yoga mat and there was a yoga dvd that came with it. I just gave it a try and I'm wondering if I could log it as an actual exercise. It's an introduction to yoga so it's not something you could call intense at all... but there was some moves that really stretched my muscles and I did feel my quads and abs working harder in some postures. Also it last nearly an hour... Do you think I should log it?

    Definitely log in your yoga!!! I do yoga everyday or every other day 28-48 minutes and you are absolutely burning calories--not like jogging, but similar to walking your dog unless it is power yoga or bikram yoga which burn calories like jogging!---:smile:
